A student from the Royal College of Art (RCA) has created a device, the size of a credit card, to help deal with the effects of an allergic reaction.
Auto-Injector
Abhisheik Kamal, 27, has created a credit card-sized auto-injector, which injects adrenaline into the body following the experience of an allergic reaction, as part of an innovation project at the College. As part of his research, Mr Kamal said that he wanted to design an object that looked more like a smart phone than a traditional medical device.
