A new study has warned that mobile phone use is impacting the quality of sleep that teenagers get, and in turn could lead to depression.

Researchers from Glasgow University have carried out a review of evidence on screen time in adolescents and found that it is resulting in them getting poorer sleep. It found that nighttime mobile use and problematic social media use were linked to more depressed moods in teens as it results in them not getting enough rest.
