New Research Finds Less Than Third Are Sure Their Organisation Adequately Protects Sensitive Data

Organisations across the public sector use a vast number of resources – both internally and externally – each day. Managing these resources, in particular mobile resources, can pose a number of challenges. A growing population demanding a modernised, rapidly delivered service, means organisations in the healthcare sector are now tasked with providing services to more people, at lower costs and without wastage. In a period of sustained budget restrictions, doing so can be a tough ask.

In light of an increasingly digital working environment for many NHS staff members, there is an increased focus on creating more mobile working environments. People need to be able to access information on-the-go or across multiple locations. Organisations across the public sector are continually presented with ambitious service improvement targets, and the healthcare sector is no exception. Successful management of resources is crucial if these targets are to be met.
