The Greater Manchester (GM) Future of Health Challenge has returned to MediaCityUK in Salford to search for 15 fast-growth start-ups. Following on from the accelerator’s success from its first edition in 2017, this year’s 12-week healthcare programme kicks off on 10^th September 2019, and will be based in the Landing, MediaCityUK’s dedicated technology hub.

Future Of Healthcare Challenge

Companies that participated with the accelerator in 2017 secured between £500k and £17m in funding. The GM Future of Healthcare Challenge also boasts an impressive line-up of specialist and affiliates taking part, and the Challenge will be run by tech investment and accelerator specialist UP Ventures. The programme is set to be delivered in partnership with Novartis, Push Doctor, Google, Salford Royal NSH Foundation Trust, Digital Salford, Health Innovation Manchester and Apadmi.
