The UK Government is set to increase the Public Health Grant by £145 million in 2020/21, a real-terms increase of 2.6% compared to 2019/20.

The funding pack for public health which is being handed down from central government to local government will increase from £3.1 billion in 2019/20 to £3.3 billion in 2020/21, according to the latest figures released by the Department of Health and Social Care.
