Primary Health Properties Forward-Funds Wales Healthcare Development

Primary Health Properties, a healthcare facilities investor, has partnered with a developer in order to fund the development and acquisition of a purpose-built primary care centre in Mountain Ash, Rhondda Cynon Taf in Wales.

The FTSE 250 company has said that a wholly owned subsidiary had contracted to provide development funding for the construction of property, with a total cost of £4.92 million, which would be wholly owned by Primary Health Properties upon its completion.
