Health Minister Caroline Dinenage has said that the NHS should use new technology to build 40 new hospitals, which the Conservative Party promised in the lead-up to the 2019 General Election.

The UK Government wants to introduce modern methods of construction to help them with their ambitious hospital-building programmes over the next five years. Prime Minister Boris Johnson has pledged £2.7 billion in funds to rebuild six existing hospitals and to build 40 in total.
