A new and pioneering robotic glove powered by 5G could help diagnose patients who are on their way to hospital, in a UK first.

Paramedics demonstrated the glove last month, and were able to perform an ultrasound using the robotic, or haptic, glove. This means that clinicians will be able to send control signals over the 5G network, using a control stick at the hospital they are in.
