A new drive to improve patient safety across the NHS will enable patients to log any concerns they have about the care they are receiving via a new digital service which they can access from their smartphone.
Patient Feedback
The introduction of the new Patient Safety Strategy will mean that patients will be able to give anonymous feedback if they are unhappy with the care or treatment they are receiving – for example, if they have been prescribed the wrong medications or receive poor post-operative treatment and care.
